30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window on all eligible purchases. The return period begins on the date you receive your order. To initiate a return, contact our support team by phone at +1 (888) 381-6887 or by email at support@rockautoparts.us.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Parts must be unused and uninstalled in their original condition
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before sending any items back. Do not ship returns without prior authorization.
  • Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your RMA number

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned once purchased:

  • Electrical and electronic components that have been installed or connected, even briefly (sensors, modules, control units, etc.)
  • Custom or special-order parts ordered specifically for your vehicle that are not in our standard inventory
  • Parts that show signs of installation, use, or damage
  • Clearance and final-sale items

Return Shipping

  • Our error: If we shipped the wrong part or the part is defective, return shipping is at no cost to you. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Change of mind: If you ordered the correct part but no longer need it, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to buyer-initiated returns (change of mind, ordered wrong part, no longer needed). This fee does not apply if the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please retain the original packaging and take photos of any damage for our records.
